Q. What happens once I have booked my holiday?
A. Firstly you will receive a receipt, an invoice detailing any outstanding payments due, and an itinerary.

Q. What happens if you cancel my tour?
A. It would have to be very exceptional circumstances for us to cancel your tour. We will refund your payment. If there are insufficient clients for the tour to go ahead, we would offer you another tour on another date.

Q. Do you provide riding gear?
A. If you bring your own Motorcycle we assume and suggest that you have and bring your own riding gear. We do have body armour which may be available. If you use one of our motorbikes we also provide you with all ridding gear. We suggest that you use your own Crash Helmet and Boots; as these will fit you better.

Q. What if I have an accident or fall sick?
A. We will take care of you. If for any reason you are taken ill we will transport you and your motorcycle in our Support 4x4 vehicle. If you require hospital treatment, we will take you as quickly as is possible to the nearest hospital.

You are required as part of the Terms & Condition of Morocco Trail Tours to have Personal Injury & Repatriation Insurance.
